Company Overview

Success Builders International has been providing strategic sales, people skills and technology orientated training and consulting services in the data networking and Internet arena for thirteen years. All services are vendor-independent, thus a neutral and open perspective is presented. We specialise in custom made training where courses are developed to the specific needs of an organisation.

Sales Training

Our custom developed sales training programmes provide sales teams with what they need to know to be successful in the market place. Typically, the course structure starts with a big picture overview of the relevant technologies, explaining how the technologies work together to form a complete solution. Once the technology foundation is established, the course then addresses the company’s product offerings, their benefits and how to identify market opportunities for the products. The courses revolve around identifying a customers business needs and then developing the correct technology solution to meet their needs. The sales courses are strategic in nature and are developed very closely with the management and marketing team of the organisation.

Technology Based Training

Our custom designed technical courses are developed around the technologies, architectures and configurations that are implemented in an organisation’s network, Intranet and e-Business environments. In this way the training is directly applicable to the working environment of the course delegates and results in them being more effective and functional in their everyday tasks. We develop the course to the technical level that is required by the organisation.

Communication Skills Training Workshops

The competent, modern business professional needs to be multi-skilled. This requires a balanced mix of business knowledge, communication, people skills and a broad knowledge of technologies.

The Communications Skills training workshops are designed to enable the business professional to communicate and articulate business and technology solutions. Their jobs usually require that they will typically communicate with users, management, vendors and technical people, each of whom speaks a different jargon, and each of whom might have different ambitions, goals and agendas.

Few people can claim to have a good mix of all these skills. In particular, the typical business professional lacks the confidence to take a leading role in workshops, facilitated sessions and presentations. This workshop combines theoretical material with dozens of practical exercises to help delegates to develop the confidence and practical communications skills needed to fulfil their organisational role.
